Vital Essentials is a leading raw freeze-dried pet food brand based in Green Bay, Wisconsin. To celebrate the launch of its new branding in pet food stores across the country and online, the FACTEUR team planned and executed an overnight media & influencer retreat in "Pupstate" NY. The purpose of the event was to introduce the brand in an intimate setting and result in positive social shares, content creation, and media stories. Twenty-five guests were in attendance, including Real Simple, Good Housekeeping, and The Spruce Pets, to help celebrate the brand re-launch. That was in 2023. Today, FACTEUR remains Vital Essentials’ agency of record for all things PR.
